Vicarious Trauma in the Workplace Evidence Review
In 2019, WorkSafe Victoria (WSV) commissioned ISCRR to conduct an evidence review with a focus on strategies to address the impact of repeated exposure to work-related trauma, both direct and indirect. For this current work, the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU) commissioned ISCRR to conduct an update to this evidence review to include new literature published since August 2019 focusing on effective interventions and preventive strategies to address VT in the workplace.
